read your papers by keeping an eye on what is being said. A paper can be published only as a summary!!!  No one says it has to be a summary.  I went to talk to my oncologist about a paper I found that pointed to everything I had.  He looked up the paper, said it was a summary, and DID NOT apply to me. I guess the moral of this story is read read read and make sure you are getting the whole paper! Only a summary was sent to me by our library.  I guess this happens.
