Micrometastatic carcinoma in Sentinal Node

This topic has become very controversial. Has anyone talked to their Onc about the statis of these studies? This is a .2-2.0 mm measurement in the SN. Are they highly suggesting chemo/radiation because of this? I just had my RMX last week and my path report shows this. Have not met with my Onc yet, appt is next week. My BS thought this was a nonissue.
