Mom was first diagnosed at age 79, recurrent/mets 9 years later. Still going strong at 93! Not quite 6 years out, but pretty impressive, I think.

Wendy,
Fantastic news, well done! I know it was a hard road to walk in the beginning, but nice to see that you have put it in the rear view mirror, so much so that it's been a year longer than you thought when you posted on March 31
. Our diagnosis is very, very similar so it's very inspiring to see you are still doing so well this far out.
Here's wishing you many, many more years of good health!
-
Such WONDERFUL news ! Wishing you many more years.......................
-
So great!!!! I can't believe we might lose track of the # of years... who would have thought? Congrats!!!!! I have a new job too -- it was really the new job that got my mind off of cancer more than anything else has in the last 6 years.... I couldn't be more happy for you sister!!!! I have read many of your posts through the years.
