Still kickin' patootie
I had the honor of being mentioned in a "Letter to the Editor" that was written to a local NJ paper today by Bruce Springsteen. To me, it's an affirmation that regardless of crappy stats and scary path reports and chemo and surgery and everything they throw at us, we can still kick some serious butt. There ain't nothin' like BC Sistah girl power.

Thanks guys. Really just wanted to say there's so much good stuff we can be doing in the midst of all the crap we're dealing with. Sometimes I'm frightened by the rush of energy and ambition to accomplish all the things that need to be accomplished. A sense of the limits of my time here i suppose. A very mixed blessing. And I wonder, in my dark moments, if that energy is from the "rage, rage, against the dying of the light." Maybe, if so...I will rage on. So should we all.

Congrats....rage on girl!
In the words of an old southern aunt of mine...."you weren't put on this earth to peck around like a chicken but to soar high like an eagle"

Your light is not dying-it can now shine brighter then ever. You can keep that lighte on and you can keep it shining. Your not a stat-your you. Your cancer free and your free to live your life that way. Chances are you will stay that was for years and years to come if not forever! After I got diagnosed I though I guess better sell my company. I got through that and decided instead I would double the size of my company and go full throttle ahead with my dreams and plans. Not b-c I am scared I am running out of time but b-c Cancer inspired me to LIVE big now b-c things change quickly. I love seeing you thriving! Congrats!
