Finally made a decision

I met with my surgeon today.  After speaking with him, he being very confident that he can get all the cancer with a lumpectomy, that is the way I have decided to go.  It was a very difficult decision to make.  I have a greater respect for woman who are dealing with breast cancer. It is mentally draining.  I am hoping that I now may be able to get some sleep.  I have not had a full nights sleep since I have been diagnosed.  I asked several of the questions, some of you woman had asked me, and I could not answer.  My cancer is er/pr positive and her2 negative, which I believe is not such a bad thing, although I could be wrong.

I am er/pr+ and her2- also my surgeon said that was a very good thing and not to worry.  He is going in to do a clean up on my margins tomorrow - but also was told a lumpectomy would get it all.  Hope you are doing well.

Thats what i got to but min is close to 3cm not sure bout the nodes yet .I dont know what treatment i will have ? This waiting is hard.
