Feel stuck

Hi,

I just don't know where to hang out.  Originally my biopsy showed that I was ER undertermined, PR-, and HER2-.  Then I had a lumpectomy.  Now from the lumpectomy, the results show I am ER-, PR- and now my HER2 status is undetermined.  They are sending it off for a fish test....

So I feel stuck.  I have been planning all along that I am probably triplet negative, and now that might change.  I just don't know where to hang out...I haven't started chemo yet, or rad, I don't feel like I quite belong over in the triple negative group, since I don't know...I can't quite commiserate with the HER+ group since I don't know...

I'm just feeling anxious.  I just wanna know already!

Kg you are welcome anywhere on this board, we aren't picky about your diagnosis!  I am a triple negative, this time last year I was getting ready to start chemo in five days   I survived and I am starting to really live again!!!  You will get the answers you want soon enough, right now you need to take a deep breath and mentally prepare for your journey ahead...no matter what your final diagnosis might be your treatment will most likely involve chemo, rads and depending on the ER/PR/HER2 status, hormonals.  Good luck with all of your treatments and feel free to post wherever you feel most comfortable.  take care, Angi
