Looking for fitness buddy
Ok...I am six years out and trying hard to get in shape. I have joined the gym nd am going everyday...doing a minimum of 30 min cardio ( mainlkriore)and weights. I am feeling better and am ready to change my health for good. Looking for others with like goals. I have lost 8 lbs and need to lose about 50 more.

Awesome! I had a good workout today...hit the weight room and tried some new machines. I did fifteen mi utes bike and fifteen minutes treadmill. I have ordered some bands to use at home. Gonna try a fitness class this week....or two. Zumba is the craze, but the class is packed and I am sort of agoraphobic. There are two I am considering...one is strength and one is like yoga, pilots. What do u do for fitness? I also do an aqua fit class,

Treadmill 40 minutes--read my silly magazines while walking around 3.9.
Can u help me with my block? I was going every day and now am having trouble getting back. Also my bike--weather is getting warmer. GO girl! Let's motivate each other--I will try to be honest LOL

Think about how energized you felt when u were going everyday,...also helps to change up what you are doing...I like to do different things...try a fitness class...I like the comradery and the laughs. I am hoping to try the zumba thing ....I am also getting a friend of mine who used to be a personal trainer to come with me to the weight room. 3.9 is great...I am only at 3.4 so far..started doing some hills on the bike cuz I want to get my bike out too...I am in Northwestern Ontario Canada and we still have lots of snow. Do some exercise today...I am going to the gym tonight.
