recurrent tumors / new tumors after TAM HR-?

I have been diagnosedweith DCIS >5cm  grade 3. After two trials of lumpectomy I had mastectomy of my right breast. I am now recommended to take TAM for five years.

Can someone help me to answer the following questions?

1.  Does TAM help against recurance on remaining skin, mamille and suporting tissue left?

2. Is it correct that recurrant tumors have a risk to be HRneg up to 75%?

3. Would a new tumor in my right breast also have a risk of being HR neg of 75% after having taken TAM?

4. Is TAM after  mastectomy to be considered overtreatment?
