Hi Ladies.  I am a mother of two single and although I have Cancer Im not that worried to be on my own.  I have been for the last 18 months.  Having Cancer has definatly made me stronger and put things in prospective, even though there is the odd time when I did wish I had someone to love it doesnt bother me at the moment that I dont.  Is it normal for me to feel like this?  I just believe that when its ment to be it will happen.

Hi Babe, whats wrong how can I help you.  I understand that it would be difficult going through cancer on your own and without children or having someone to comfort would be hard,  but remember this sadness you feel wont last forever and you will feel happy again.  When the time is right. Please if you need anyone to talk to I am here.  Hope you had a better day today hun

    Polly,

I am also a single mom with a 17 year old daughter. I am content with that. Her welfare is what keeps me going. Now that I am in my final stages, she is a real trouper.

The hard parts come into play when it is hard to go to the store to buy milk and stuff. I was on chemo come time to teach my daughter to drive, that was hard. However, she is now very helpfull being able to drive.

I also have the odd time I wish there was a male adult around. I think that what we are feeling is normal.
