cysts on chest wall

Had my 2nd diagnostic mammogram in Dec. and the radiologist saw shadow on chest wall on the surgical side. that was not there 6 mos . before. Ultrasound verified a cyst . Saw med . oncologist who said they will watch it carefully . Has anyone else developed this ? I am taking Tamoxifen . Chose not to have radiation .
