Red spots under arm near SNB Scar

I have developed these red spots under my arm and kind of on my back near the armpit.  They aren't raised, not hot to the touch and don't hurt and no fever.   They've been there a couple weeks no with no change.  The main one is roundish and there are two or three that kinds look in the shape of finger marks higher.  I had my surgery in October and just finished Taxol treatment #7.    I have no lymphodema in that arm. 

 My chemo is given in rooms with 4 other patient.  We do have curtains that can be drawn for privacy, but I was in there with three other men yesterday, so when the doctor asked if I had any problems I said no, because I didn't want him to have me strip down, which he did once before when I had a fungal infection under the other armpit.  It was an obvious bacterial infection not like this redness.   So like I said even with a curtain I didn't want to strip down in a room with 4 men a curtain away, so I called my trial nurse today and explained it to her and she's calling to make me an appointment to meet in office.  

 But I wanted to see if anyone found this familiar and knew what was going on.   I'm googling lymphangitis right now.  Hmmmm

Sorry I can't help. Hope that by now it's been taken care of. If not, have you considered that something may be irriating the skin?
