Anyone been on Navelbine?

I started Navelbine last month; had my first 3 treatments and this week I am on my week "off"; so far the worst side effect for me has been the constipation. Just wondered if anyone else has been on this chemo and what your side effects were.

I just had #6 yesterday, it has really dropped my hemoglobin. Not low enough that I need a transfusion, but enough to increase my fatigue. They also checked my iron and B12 but I don't have those results yet.

I was going to give up an update, but I guess nobody cares.

Shari,  I'm not sure why your post has gone unanswered.  I'm convinced it got lost in the shuffle somehow, but it is NOT because no one cares.  I hope the rest of your treatment goes well.

Thank you, I'm just frustrated because it's so hard to find information on it. Not "medical experts", but real people who have actually been on it.



My hemoglobin did go up a little, but it's still low. Good news is that my B12 and iron are normal, and this coming week is my week "off" from chemo. Still really fighting the fatigue; that, and the constipation it causes, are the worst side effects for me.
