Does anyone know if using a rebounder will help/hurt arm and chest lymphedema? Would like to use one for exercise but don't want to trigger worsening of lymphedema.

    Linjea,

I have bumped two previous discussions of this topic.  Hope they are helpful.  I have a rebounder which has a handle across the top, which helps with stability.  It was around $100, and though I don't use it as much as I planned to, it is a gentle way to move that gives both exercise and lymph movement.
