Hi - I'm doing 2010 medical FSA & IRS medical deductions.  There are a few LE/BC related things that the IRS publication doesn't cover.  First, presumably "official" compression garments are covered (jobst, juzo etc.) even if they are off-the-shelf.  But what about things like special bras (e.g., sassybax and other shapewear camisoles) or sleeves that aren't always used for medical reasons (e.g., the solidea bilateral sleeve)?  Are compression garments  considered durable medical equipment (DME) or supplies?  Are bandages used for wrapping DME or supplies?
