Oh what the heck...we all need a little escape from the BC life sometimes. What are your favorite TV shows. Guilty pleasures especially!

If you don't watch tv that's ok...I totally respect that.

Anyone for Top Chef? Teen Mom 2? The Bachelor? Blue Bloods?

    Blue Bloods, the Good Wife, beginnings of Idol, HBO special series, can't remember which others but I know there are a couple more.  I was very disappointed with Kathy Bates new "Harry's Law".  Very poor writing and the music is offputting as are the soapbox speaches.

    American Idol now that I get to swoon over Steven Tyler twice a week.

    Food Network cooking shows

    HBO: Boardwalk Empire

    And alot of news programming. I am a news and politics junkie.



    Iodine: I agree. Harry's Law was very disappoimting and I normally love Kathy Bates.

    love top chef, no ordinary family, greys anotomy, brothers and sisters, glee and now so caught up in the housewives of beverly hills, those ladies are a riot to watch!

    I agree...Harry's law had so many good ingredients....and the premiere fell flat.

    What was the ABC magical lawyer show set in San Fran? They would sing?

    I still like Grey's, back in 06 I thought it was the best thing ever. 

    What is up with Kitty on Brothers and Sisters? Without her and Rob Lowe they are kind of losing me.

    I really like the Good Wife. Off the Map is ok.

    I feel so dorky for liking Teen Mom 2, but I am fascinated by it.

    I think Treme on HBO was my favorite show ever. I like Big Love as well.

    Oh and once a year I add showtime to my Direct TV to watch Nurse Jackie

    I like Idol this season...I think Tyler is kind of fun, not taking it so seriously.

    I used to really like Project Runway, but it's kind of forgotten over on Lifetime.

    When I was going through my awful pain time, Real Housewives of NY would distract me. 

    Breaking Bad and Mad Men too.

     I'm an archaeologist/osteologist - I like Bones, History channel, and Body of Proof..

     Sorry, Voraciousreader, with what I'm going through, I can't watch House anymore LOL. House gives me nightmares.

    cookie- I love Real Housewives.  Since I have been home, I watch alot of TV.  I used to like Project Runway too, but I seem to forget about it alot now.  I am 35, so I am pretty sure I am not the demographic that MTV is targeting, but I love Teen Mom 2.  I rented Breaking Bad season 1 and 2 thru netflix, but they don't have three yet, and I don't want to start watching 4 until I see 3.  I liked it alot though. 

    Gmafoley- You must have the most interesting job.  Certainly more interesting than most people I know.  I like the History Channel alot too.

    I haven't had any arch jobs in a while so in the interum I work at JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts.  If I get a gig they let me have time off to do the job and come back as long as it is less the a month long... I make quilts for my kids and other crafts including stained glass PAINTING.

    I love Real Housewives. Although I cannot stand Tamara from Orange County and Sonja from NYC. Love the New Jersey girls and the Beverly Hills girls - but could do with out Camille Grammer. (I think she needs therapy, to put it nicely). Wink

    I love Deadliest Catch although it is not the same without Captain Phil. Rooting for his boys!

    History/Smithonian channel are great too!

    NCIS & Grey's Anatomy - all time favorites.  

    I am with voraciousreader - Love House.

    What Not To Wear, Ice Road Truckers, Castle, Law & Order.  I watched ER for the entire 15 years it was on TV.  I really miss that show.

    Golden Girls........still watch reruns and laugh
