triple negative? not sure...

My most recent updated pathology:

Estrogen receptors (SP1 antibody): INDEFINITE. (intensity: Moderate, Percent: under 1%). Allred score 3/8. (internal positive control: cannot be assessed, no control tissue).

Progesterone receptors (PGR 636 antibody) NEGATIVE (intensity: no staining, percent 100%), Allred score 0/8.

Her-2/neu (4B5 antibody) NEGATIVE (numeric score 1+/3)

ischemic time: unknown

fixation time: unknown

Can anyone tell me if this means I am under 1 % estrogen receptors?  Does this mean I am triple negative?  Anyone know what the allred scores mean?  What does moderate intensity mean on the ER?

I googled Allred score, and what I found was 0-2 means negative.  3-8 means ER positive.  What does your surgeon or oncologist say?
