FMLA in the second year after diagnosis

Hi,

Am wondering what to ask the doctor to write on my husband's FMLA application.  Last year was a bear and am still having difficulties and would like to have my support person available.

Has anyone applied and received approval for FMLA after year one?  What were the highlights of reasons?

all you really need is an elgible diagnosis from the treating doctor and that he might need to be there to help you.  If that is the care.
