My second suspicious area...

which was found on my pre-surgery MRI has turned out to be pre-cancerous, so DH and I are very relieved! That one is on the right side and will be removed during my lumpectomy and node biopsy on the left side. I am not crazy about having both sides operated on at the same time, but am glad it was found before it became cancerous as I would have probably been repeating this process all over again a year or two from now.
