Breast "tingling"

My mom is complaining that her breast (the "bad" one) is tingling. I don't know is the word "tingle" is the right one, but she said that she feels like electricity or a king o numbness inside her breast. She had the surgery about 18 months ago. Does anyone have any idea?

I had some tingling around that time, and my PS told me it was nerves regenerating. The other thing that comes to mind is lymphedema, which can happen in the breast. Deanna
