I "HATE"... but I "LOVE"... game!
Every single day I/we experience things that I hate/dislike. For example: "I hate this traffic!" but so I don't duel on the negativity of my thoughts, right away I continue by saying/thinking: "But I love the fact that at least I have a car!".
You can make this game seriuos, funny, your "hate" having nothing to do with your "love", long sentences vs. short, health concern, life in general... however and whatever you wish to tell us.
The purpose is for you to say something that you hate BUT right after add something that you love. Let's see what we can learn from each other to help us deal with "those" life moments that we all experience and some times have no control over!
I hate meeting new doctors (usually men), that after my breast ultrasound, look at me and show no concern, caring, and/or give any information. Heck, the one yesterday did not even say 5 words to me!!!.
I love the fact that mentally I called him a bunch of names and kicked his butt to the curb!
Who's next?

I HATE when I hear from my adult kids because it usually means they would like me to do something for them. "Mom, can you do me a favor? "Mom, where are you?" "Mom, I have a question." "Mom, I have a problem."
However, I LOVE hearing from my children. They're terrific and I never take for granted how blessed I am to have them in my life.
