Latest Studies on Chemo Regimens Needed

To all you readers/researchers out there.... A co-worker's wife was just diagnosed with Stage 1 with micromets in one node. 1.5 cm, highly er+ pr+, her2-. Grade 3 with LVI. She is 44 years old. Since grade 3 is an aggressive cancer and she is premenopausal, she will definitely be getting chemo.
My question is - what are the latest studies saying regarding chemo regimens - I think I remember that lately they are moving away from adriamyacin and other anthracylinces and going more towards TC? (taxane + cytoxin). Can somebody provide the names or reference of the latest studies.
