Hi there, This is just a note to say a big thanks for your support and advise over  the last year. My friend who was diagnosed with IBC dec 09 has just had all her scans and is all clear. YEEHA !!!! What a great way to start a new year, now lots of rest, heallthy eating, and heaps of positive thinking for a new beginning.

For all of you still going through treatment, hang in there. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks again to you all, with love and best wishes 2213
