    I think you should ask about PARP inhibitors and see if you can get some.. It seems it works for us TN very well.. Ask you doc

    hey don't give up! I had spots all over my left lung and they disappeared, unfortunately my right lung got worse but that's not the point, the point is they can disappear damn it. And how dare they say that you have no hope, I'm glad you are going somewhere else and MD Anderson is a good idea, I went there to be seen they were great and if this trial I'm on doesn't work I will be treated there in 2 weeks. I'm sorry to hear that about the MK-1775. You need a new onc, and you can still get this cancer under control, there are many many chemos and many many trials. There is an answer out there for this, and it seems to me that different things work for different people and you just have to find the right thing. Don't give up ok, the only one who knows when your time to go is god so don't listen to any doctors who tell you that negative crap. Keep searching for an answer.

    Get on a PARP trial... xeloda worked some for as well..

    What was your chemo you were on???

    Go get a second opion!!

    I am on a PARP tiral and so are some other ladies.. Check out that discussion and you will see where they are .. I am in NY...

    Ladies, sadly lindaa lost her battle a few days ago...  Her DH posted under the "Commemorating a Loved One" forum.

    I hate this disease.
