On my lunch hour, I went to lululemon to check out the yoga pants and the weekly free yoga classes.  i tried on a pair of pants.  In between taking off my clothes and putting on what I was trying on, I caught a glimpse of myself in the FOUR WAY mirror. . .

Oh.My.God. . . .

Scary is not strong enough.

the best tonest looking part of me was my radiated boob and its twin biopsy boob. . . .

I will never eat again. . . .

. .  .wasn't bad enough that I'm old enough to be the mom of every employee in the store, in essence another reminder of the coming dreadful birthday, ...noooo we have to have the scary 4 sided mirror so there is no way to hide. . . .

As for my pledge, so far so good.  Its been two hours and I haven't eatten anything yet, not even a comforting piece of high oxident dark chocolate even though it seems to be calling my name from the desk drawer. . . . . . . .

OOOOOOHHHHH.... I SO know how you feel!!!

Went to try on some new sweaters this past week-end knowing full well that I had gained, shall we just agree to say, some weight.  I still was thinking I looked OK in my mirror at home.  That multi-angled mirror in the dressing room could serve as a torture device!!

When did I morph into my mother?  I think the day I started Tamoxifen and my whole body turned into the tin man from the wizard of OZ and my metabolism fell asleep!  I am hoping that my new exercise regiment will help with both of those things!!!
