Happy Retirement Jo!
Still early in TX...
But not too early to wish you well...
-
Joan, hope you had good results on your tests!
-
Thanks, Slow...was sick with flu-like stuff but I went anyway...had to wear a mask at the cancer center. BS couldn't find the bump until I showed her...she said get ultrasound then she did needle biopsy in office...aspirated clear liquid (fat!) and bump collapsed. No need for US or biopsy...all clear. Am so happy I went. Heck, if she could pull out fat with a little needle, maybe I can go back and get some more fat removed...LOL
Jo, more ideas for you...
-
That's great news joan! I'll go with you and get my fat sucked too.
-
Unlimited desserts tonight!

Morning coffee for the Goddesses.
-
Sisters,
This is not my home thread; I hope you won't mind the imposition. I have checked in here from time to time. You are a tight group and I do not want to intrude. I have so many things to put on the bonfire I cannot name them all. I've been through the ringer and I look like a mess.
I thought if I wrote I could maybe get away from some of the trauma of it. Could I put all of this on your bonfire? Will it work? Any advice would be appreciated. You are obviously experts.
XXXXX Bobogirl
-
Thanks Piper, I am enjoying that coffee now after a late night partay!!! Guess all the Goddesses are sleeping late after the magical Bonfire last night!
BoBo!!! Welcome. There is a tight knit group here but that is the great thing! We welcome everyone and it is certainly NOT an INTRUSION! We do not roll that way here!!!
So pitch all your chit on the fire and we will bring the marshmallows and weinies. You are allowed to pitch people in the fire too!!!
Vent, rant, cry, laugh, it's all welcome here and you will find great support from these loons, oops, I mean Ladies (I use that term loosly however!!)
And You look Beautiful to us!! We see what's inside and out!
Love and Hugs!! Please come back and you can join us on our trip. We leave the 21st and it will be a magical around the world tour bus ride!!
-
Welcome Bobo. 4sew said it right. Where we may be a tight knit group, we welcome anyone with open arms. You come anytime and as often as you want. Beware we are also a crazy bunch and tend to have lots of fun. I started this thread to allow anyone to get rid of all their crap and to have fun. We talk about all kinds of things that don't focus on bc so feel free. But at the same time bring all your questions if you have any. Someone will come along with an answer.
-
Happy saturday to all great wimmin! hope its a good one, filled with hunks and good things to eat, or visits from a good friend, whatever makes it a good day for you.
Slow! you never told anyone here about your birthday! or your 14 anniversary! So, happy birthday to you! and whoa, its hard to believe we've been with a man that long. he must be a good one, i've been with mine 15 years, and i don't know how he puts up with me! but i am so glad, cause he still makes my heart sing! i love your blog!
-
LOL piper - I just saw that cartoon "50 shades of hay" - too funny!
bobo, Welcome! You've picked a great thread with wonderful, crazy women. Burn away!
Kath, Thank you for your kind words. It's hard to believe it's been 14 years. I often feel sorry for him with all the health issues I've had. He's a great guy, and I feel fortunate he came into my life. I'm glad you have one that makes your heart sing - you deserve every bit of that!!
Jo, Doing anything fun your first day of retirement?
4, when do you leave for your Vegas trip? I haven't been there in years.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGyEd0aKWZE&feature...
-
Bobo welcome to the madness. Its fun to throw things(and people ) on to the fire..
Question, do I look through our stinky rubbish bin to look for a gold earing or just accept it might be lost?
-
O gosh Alyson, my OCD wouldn't let me NOT look. So I'm a really bad person to ask. Lol.
-
Aly, I spent a whole day tearing my house apart looking for my old favorite hat. If it were me, I'd be sifting through the trash. Wear some gloves!....and maybe some nose plugs!!???
Welcome back Badger - I've missed seeing you! Hope your Mom is doing well.
Edited to say: Red, welcome back to you too.
-
I have looked through the garbage more times then I cannot count
Not only do I break everything,I lose everything too
Go for it Alyson and good luck finding it
