    Six months ago I had a nuclear bone scan because my yearly MRI showed an enhancement on my rib. The breasts were normal. So they ordered a complete bone scan .Tthe result said no evidence of bone mets. My doctor then ordered a chest rib X-ray of that side and it came back normal. He then ordered another bone scan to be done in six months,which will happen in two weeks from now.I have concerns about the radiation exposure in these scans that could cause another cancer. my initial diagnoses was stage 1b,node negative, Her 2 negative, Estogen and progesterone positive. Does anyone have any thoughts on this nuclear bone scan business? I would appreciate some info.
