5 Yrs Lupron & Tamoxifen - then kids???

Has anyone taken Lupron & Tamoxifen for 5 years and then had chldren? Is it possible? I'm only 29 and starting these two drugs.

    I'm so sorry.  I'm bumping this.. about to fall off the page... hopefully, someone will have some answers!!

    Wish I could answer, but I do seem to recall others saying that it had happened.  As long as you don't go into permanent menopause I am sure it would be possible.

    Don't throw in the towel on biological children, but adoption is also another option for "having" children.  I wish you all the best.

    From reading these boards, I've seen that many women are advised to do at least 2 years of hormonal therapy, then they are OKed to stop in order to try to get pregnant.  I believe the plan is to go back on the meds after they are done with the pregnancy and breastfeeding.  Good luck to you!
