Worried about Biopsy

Options

Hello everyone.  OK this is my third attempt at posting, but it's my first post so please bear with me.  I have invasive lobular carcinoma, have had bilateral mastectomy, TRAM flap reconstruction (I refer to it as DEstruction), have had chemo and now on Herceptin since my cancer is HER2+. Last Friday I went for my Herceptin treatment and saw my oncologist.  She examined my 'breasts' and found a 'suspicious spot' 2cm x 3cm on the margin where I had my mastectomy.  I haven't touched my 'breasts' since the mastectomy, I didn't think I had to.  I was immediately sent for an ultrasound and the doc said he couldn't tell if it was a tumor or scar tissue from the reconstruction.  He did, however, say it was lobular.  On Wednesday I am having a needle biopsy and I'm a complete mess over it.  Has anyone else had a TRAM and had something like this?  I'm praying it's scar tissue.  Any information I can get would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for taking the time to read this post.
