Worried about Biopsy

Options

Hello everybody.  This is my first post so bear with me.  I have been through the bilateral mastectomy, TRAM flap reconstruction (I call it Destruction) chemo and now on Herceptin as I have HER2+ breast cancer.  When I went for my treatment last week, my oncologist checked my 'breasts' which I never do, I figure I don't have any.  She noticed a suspicious 'spot' 2cm x 3cm at the margin where I had my mastectomy.  I was immediately sent for an ultrasound, but the doc said he couldn't tell if it was a tumor or scar tissue from the reconstruction.  He did mention it was lobular.  I have invasive lobular carcinoma.  I'm scheduled for a needle biopsy on Wednesday and I'm a mess.  Has anyone else had a TRAM with scar tissue that their doc suspected could be a tumor?  Any info I can get would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance :)
