Chromosome 17 Copy Predictive?

Does anyone know anything about the presence of Chromosome 17 copy on a FISH test and whether or not it is predictive of a response to Anthracyclines? I tried to google this issue and saw a few things but nothing in detail. Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge of the presence of chromosome 17 is signficant in anyway?
