Seroma after surgery

I've done some searches, but can't find a forum dedicated to the problem of seroma after surgery -- in my case, persistent fluid accumulation in my chest following bilateral mastectomy.  I've had these drained about 10 times since my original surgery in Sept. of 2008 and a revision in April 2010.  Have had a steroid injected a couple of times, and that stopped the fluid collection temporarily, but not permanently.  Does anyone have anything they can point me to for further info, or has anyone has success stopping seroma that came back multiple times?  The PS claims that the steroid injection will cause no long-term problems, but I'd like to confirm that before going back again!
