I am an aerobics instructor and just wondering if anyone else is a fitness professional here? I have not told my class at all yet. I just am not ready to do that - don't know if I will ever be ready to tell them. I am just curious how others have gotten through this if they teach aerobics. Did you teach during treatment? How long after BLMX were you back to your class? I am doing BLMX with immediate reconstruction with TE and implants. Just curious.
