Is soy milk good or bad for breast health?

I am sorry to be adding so many new topics this morning, but keeping them separate so I don't confuse myself.  I love soymilk and I've been drinking the unsweetened organic version and using it on my cereal and coffee.  

I am so confused about the estrogen in soy -  because it is plant estrogen, is it really bad for us breast issue ladies? Is organic cow's milk better or is there some other milk alternative you can offer?  I do like the almond milk, but there is a touch of soy in the product. My cholesterol is really good, so no issues with that if cow's milk is actually the best for breast health.
