Pleomorphic calcs in cluster

I just had biopsy yesterday waiting for results. I was just wondering if the number of pleomorphic cals in a cluster make a difference in the chances of malignancy? My mammo showed greater than 20 calcificiations in this cluster on my right uppper quad. Thanks really nervous. My birads was a 4. I know 80 % are benign but didn't know if this increased the percentage.
