 I read about this charitable foundation that assists women with bc with garments (I have a google alert for LE, and all sorts of stuff comes up). This sounds like a good resource. And apparently LymphaDivas donated sleeves

Our Mission

Crickett's Answer for Cancer is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization* that was formed in memory of Crickett Julius, who passed away in October of 2006, only four months after being diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer at the age of 39. As her mother and cousin, we founded Crickett's Answer for Cancer to support women with breast cancer. We provide wigs, mastectomy and lymphedema products, massage, facials, and other pampering services, as a way to help women feel feminine and beautiful despite losing their hair and/or breasts.

I have availed of their headcoverings. I filed out their forms, and got them in a couple of weeks. I did not have to send a doctor's note or anything. The owner was very helpful and nice.
