MUGA scan - manual reading vs automated reading

my latest muga scan read manual reading of 61 and automated reading of 63.  well down from the mid seventies of my first scan (if i remember correctly).

anyone know which is more reliable, the manual reading or the automated reading and what's the difference between the two?
