Mom taking Lapitinab-having difficulty taking full dosage

My mom is having trouble taking her full dosage of tykerb/lapitinab, she just started having a hard time swallowing her chemo pills when she gets to the 5th pill.  She's had this problem before a few months ago due to her esophogus closing b/c of swollen lymph nodes.  She has not had trouble eating, just when she starts her regiment.  Anyone know if her body could be rejecting this chemo?

I would doubt that the inability to swallow the pills mean her body is rejecting it.  Have her discuss it with her doctor or pharmacist.  Good luck.
