Have any of you tried sea buckthorn supplements or oils? A friend of mine was using this for acne, but as I've read about it, it has many therapeutic effects on breast cancer, radiation dermatitis, liver rejuvenation, and more. I'd like to know if any of you have heard of it, or have used it at all, and if so, how do you take it?
