Hair thinning on aromasin, any suggestions?

Hi.  I have been on Aromasin for a year now and I am noticing that my hair is thinning...It was awful losing it once from chemo, then it came back pretty full, but I have noticed it getting thinner over the past 6 months or so....any recommendations?  Has anyone tried taking aromasin every other day or so?  There are other side effects, like I ache and look like a 90 year old when I get up out of a chair, bone pain, hot flashes,....I am living with them...but do I have to lose my hair again?  ANY recommendations would be appreciated.  anyone go from aromasin to something else?

Sorry, I'm not on aromasin, but I still don't have any hair and I finished chemo with Taxotere on March 31, 2009. I am heartbroken. Goodl luck, though, with your thinning hair.
