Anyone with U/S diagnosis of Duct Ectasia turn out to be IBC?

A little history.  I just turned 30 in october.  My husband had been in the hospital for three days in August with an unknown infection, which he is completely recovered from now (thank God).  I am a 38D size bra and have always had large breasts.  I nursed all three of my children (10, 7 1/2 and 5 1/2).  I have had pimple like sores on my breasts on and off for 3 years or so (right breast is worse).  My mom has two sisters who had breast cancer (one passed away from liver cancer that had come back almost 6 years ago).  They both had it come back in their spines and both had bone marrow transplants.

TOward the end of October, I noticed a pink spot right above my right nipple. They both had centers to them, although one looked like a blue spot.  They didn't hurt and have faded.  No pain, no fever, nothing.  We had been working on my son's room (painting and drywalling), so I ended up with what was a pinched nerve and my whole arm went numb.  I had strange feelings going from my shoulder over towards the breast, almost like the nerve is irritated.  Shortly after this, I ended up with what felt like when my kids had thrush in my breast.  I saw the gyn for my annual exam and she gave me Keflex, which didn't help, but just made me sick.  Had an U/S and blood work on Black Friday.  The U/S showed a cyst in my left breast and ductal ectasia in my right breast.  I had taken some Diflucan for a yeast infection and that seemed to help with the breast issue.  Had a refill on it and took it again last Tuesday.

My breast was still bugging me last week and I went back to the gyn.  She said it doesn't look like IBC, but that I can have a biopsy.  I have a mole removal scheduled for January 3, but now I am not sure if I want to wait that long.  MY dh's grandfather is in the hospital and he is on vacation next week and I don't want to ruin his vacation.  I want to know if it is cancer, but I don't want to ruin Christmas.  I am just really worried.  Fibrocystic breasts run in my family and my mom has had several biopsies and thankfully they all came back negative.
