lump after radiation

This is my second occurrence of breast cancer.  This time, I had 16 rounds of chemo (Abraxene and Avastin), am on Arimidex, had surgery (lymph node dissection with positive nodes and mastectomy), and 32 sessions of radiation.  Now, three weeks later, I have a tremendous lump that takes up almost my entire armpit.  I HOPE this is not a recurrence already, or just radiation fibrosis.  Any suggestions?  I'm seeing my onc in two weeks, but I can't wait that long.

I am betting it is a seroma. I had my surgery in mid June and still have a seroma. It is getting smaller but it has been six months already.
