Avastin Lawsuit

Hi! Have not posted here in a long time. Am looking for people who took the drug Avastin for their BC. I found out from my onc. that the drug was pulled from the market in July by the FDA for being ineffective in the treatment of BC. It still has to be reviewed by a 2nd panel. There is a Law Firm in LA. that is starting a class action lawsiut against Roche and the end resuslt would be that any one that paid any money for this drug would be reimbused. Right now they only have a handful of applicants and I have been in contact with the firm several times and have all of the info for signing up for this lawsuit. I would like to get the $ back that I spent out of pocket for the Avastin. If anyone else is interested, please reply to this and I will give you all of the details and who to call to get the forms to be filled out to have your medical records released to the firm. My onc. is backing me 100% in this case as the Avastin ended up causing me to get over 20 blood clots in each of my lungs. I am lucky to be alive. I was taking it to treat my skin mets and it did nothing for them. There is a lot of info about the Avastin being pulled by the FDA on the internet.Hope next year is a better one for all. God Bless!
