Lymph Node Transplant after Breast Cancer

I am wondering if anyone has had or knows someone who has had this fairly new surgery for reducing lymphedema?  I understand Dr. Massey performs this operation.

      I have bilateral arm and truncal LE. I am also considering possible DIEP reconstruction. I will be seeing Dr Massey  in April when she visits Salt Lake City. We will be discussing the reconstruction and the node transplant. By no means have I already decided to do either procedure but I will try to go into this appointment with an open mind!  I understand that she is a fantastic person and an extremely knowledgeable Doctor. So many questions and so much to learn!  It's a ways off yet but I will share with you all after I see her.
