Diane,
I'll be praying along with all the other ladies here that you get the ALL CLEAR on Monday! It's such a head game sometimes. I still have this nagging feeling about some other symptoms I've been having and I just can't seem to let it go. I hope you are able to stay busy and think good thoughts until Monday. We'll all be waiting for the GOOD news!!!!

I have been feeling that "somethings wrong" feeling for the past few weeks. I have had a cough and my masectomy side is so tight. I've been stretching and have days when I think ok all good, but in this weather and surrounded by kids I called yesterday for an appointment, but because the office was moving the nurse told me to take Mucinex for a few days to try to clear things out. Said there were a lot of sinus and upper respiratory issues going around and to call back if things got worse. She didn't seem overly concerned with my symptoms, but it is so hard to just let things go and assume its the normal cold.
I have often said I have post traumatic breast disorder (PTBD) and whenever I feel the least bit off I still jump to horrible conclusions. I have avoided anti-anxiety meds, but some days......
Diane I am pushing the best thoughts your way and hope you have a Christmas to celebrate good results!
God Bless

3jays mom - I do hope that everythings ok with you, but you're smart to have everything checked to find out for sure. I am frustrated because I didn't even start chemo yet, and they already suspect that I have mets. Thanks for your prayers .. they give me strength.
Sharon - You are absolutely right ... the worst part of cancer is what goes through your head. I want to stay positive, but my first dx was wrong, and I felt like I was hit by a brick. Now I just want to steel myself for what may come, and hopefully get good news instead. Thanks for the hugs.. it gives me a warm feeling
DCMom - A cancer dx changes things forever. It's funny, before cancer we would brush off a cold or ache without giving it a second thought. Now our thoughts go to cancer with every symptom. Thanks for the kind thoughts ... I am sending some good thoughts and prayers back to you, and hoping it's a simple cold.
God bless all of you for sharing your thoughts. I will let you know how things turn out for me.
Diane
