WHAT TYPE OF FLAX SEED OIL IS BEST?

I went to the store and was amazed at the different varieties of flax seed oil: capsules, liquid, cinnamon, etc.  Any recommendations?  Thanks for your help!

    Since flax oil goes rancid easily, I only buy organic cold-pressed flax oil (it's in liquid form), not the high-lignan kind, from the refrigerated section. I keep it refrigerated and try to use it within a week of opening it before it has time to go rancid.

    I use nature's way EFA Gold High Lignan Flax oil. Flax oil contains Lignans which are natural antioxidants. LIgnans help with unchecked cell growth. Make sure the the Flax seed Oil that you get has Omega 3, 6, and 9.
