Herceptin and Asthma

I've had a year of Herceptin with the last treatment on October 22, 2010.  I've had breathing problems off and on all year.  Went to Dr. yesterday and lungs are clear but I'm still having shortness of breath, especially with any exertion.  I don't know if I should just chill out because it's still exhaustion from all the trauma of the year, just give it time, or what.  Chemo ended 4/8/10.  Should I still be short of breath?
