1/2 way done w/rads-tightness & uncomfortable

I have completed 14 of my 25 rads already and my skin has been holding up pretty well so far.  But over the past few days I have noticed a feeling of constant tightness under my arm and along the side of my rt breast.  I am having tx in 3 spots....rt breast, clavical and underarm area due to 3 + nodes prior to my bi-lateral masc.  Anyone else have any of these symptoms with rad?  Could it be scar tissue build=up frpm surgery or a side effect from the radiation?  My rad onc suggested ibuprofen if needed and has put in an order for physical therapy too.  I do have full range of motion, just some weird feelings under my arm.  I hope it will go away after rads are done!~
