If you are going through what I did, which was a desert, straight oils don't cut it.  You need that tack, mucosal kind of thing, too.  Emerita makes a paraben free one, my favorite. Astroglide is awesome, but full of parabens and junk.

BTW yogurt is used to treat yeast infections… and yes you do put it up there. I actually use acidophilus capsules instead. Less messy and that's the active culture that makes yogurt effective.

Lago, that does work great!   I have done the yogurt thing - but not the fruity kind, just plain, lol!   I used to just do it to keep things "in check", because I heard it was good and it did seem to keep things "healthy" down there.

    Medigal -

No!  No fried chicken in my special place!  But I'd stuff some up there if it would help.  ;-)

    Dear ladies

I found a wonderful vag moisturizer product at my local pharmacy called Sylk. It's made from kiwi fruit vine and has no harmful chemicals etc. It's easy for me to buy since I live in Australia and it's made in New Zealand. However I checked their website and they do ship to overseas. www.sylk.com.au.

The price is very reasonable esp with the exchange rate.

    best wishes
