what is your protocol re:tests

Hi,
I finished my chemo 6 weeks ago and am scheduled for first Lupron injection in about two weeks. I had double mastectomy with DIEP and never had any MRI or scans. According to my onc I would not have them unless I have some symptoms. Is that standard for anyone?
