Abnormal Pap

Hi,
I was recently diagnosed with Stage I breast cancer and am currently going through chemo. I had 4 treatments of AC and am now on my 2nd treatment of Taxol. The day before I started Taxol I had a Pap done. I just got the results back and they were abnormal. I, of course, am now worried that this could be something to worry about. Should I be worried? Has anyone had this happen to them before?
